In this class, children will learn a variety of kid-friendly breathing techniques that can be used to energize, calm, or center them, then create watercolor resist painting where they will begin to associate tuning into their breaths to better understand their emotional state. While it's helpful to do the introductory class first, it's not necessary. This lesson also includes a printable graphic of three cooling and calming breaths children can do anywhere.
